Your message is read by a person on the team, not an automated system, and we reply within 24 business hours. Then we book a free 30-minute call and, if we're a fit, you receive a proposal with a fixed price in writing.
How does payment work?
With a fixed price in writing: 50% upfront and 50% on delivery, VAT included. Every pack includes 30 days of post-delivery support, and if you want us to keep looking after your website there's an optional monthly maintenance plan at 99-399 €/month based on scope.
What do I need to prepare before writing to you?
Just be clear about what you do, who your audience is and what you want to achieve. We take care of the technical and creative side; if you already have materials (logo, copy, photos), we put them to work.
Do you work outside Seville?
Yes. Web development and automation are done remotely. For photo and video sessions we travel across Andalusia and, on larger projects, across Spain (travel costs apart).
