01Compliance status
This website is partially compliant with level AA of the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 published by the W3C, due to the non-conformities and exceptions listed below.
02Non-accessible content
The content listed below is not accessible for the following reasons:
2.1 Non-compliance with Royal Decree 193/2023
- Colour contrast: the corporate gold
#d4a03con a#0a0a0fbackground meets AA for large text (18 pt or larger, or 14 pt in bold), but may not reach the 4.5:1 ratio in fine text. We are reviewing it use by use, replacing it with the lighter variant#e8c06awhere necessary. - Home page background video: it plays automatically (muted) and does not yet have a visible pause control (WCAG 2.1 criterion 2.2.2). An accessible control will be added before 30 June 2026. The video stops if your system has the reduced motion preference enabled.
2.2 Disproportionate burden
The disproportionate burden exception is not currently invoked.
2.3 Content outside the scope of the applicable legislation
- Embedded or linked third-party content (Formspree form processing, WhatsApp) whose accessibility depends on its provider.
- Documents in non-HTML formats published before 28 June 2025 that are not essential for active processes.
03Accessibility measures in place
In addition to correcting the non-conformities above, the site includes by default:
- A “Skip to content” link at the top of every page and a visible focus indicator on all interactive elements.
- Full keyboard navigation, including the mobile menu.
- Frequently asked questions that are always visible, with no accordions hiding content behind an interaction.
- Full respect for the
prefers-reduced-motionpreference: with reduced motion enabled, animations, transitions and smooth scrolling are disabled. - Content never depends on JavaScript to be visible: without JS, all the information remains available.
- Semantic HTML, descriptive alternative text on images and forms with associated labels and announced errors.
